Cafelix is a local roastery established in 2019 by Yael & Philipp Schefer. Their aim is to produce unique, high quality specialty coffee.
They set a goal to maintain a high standard products, while taking in consideration principles they feel strongly about, like direct contact with the farmers, preserving the environment and importing the best raw materials.
